The 29th floor will feature a sky lounge and pool, coworking space, a conference room, and a game room.
Located in the Gulch neighborhood, this tower is the second phase of a three-tower Gulch Union mixed-use development. Phase one was 1222 Demonbreun, a 20-story Class AA office high-rise building completed by Turner in 2020.
